What Most Celebrities Wear During Cardio Training?

A typical celebrity has a scheduled workout routine to maintain their fitness. Cardio training is considered to be physiologically beneficial for the heart. It is also essential for fat reduction, strengthening the lungs, and increasing cardio-respiratory endurance.

To maintain a healthy cardiovascular system, your heart needs to keep beating at a certain rate. This is called the “heart rate reserve.” The heart rate needs to stay between 50 and 85% of the maximum heart rate, or between 60 and 120 beats per minute. Cardiovascular exercise helps people use oxygen more efficiently so they can get more work done with less energy.

Cardiovascular training or Cardio is one of the most important parts of a healthy workout program. It must be done at least 3 times a week for an hour, and sometimes more. Having said that, cardio exercise should not be only focused on fitness and muscular strength but also on aesthetics. To accomplish this look, the right outfit is critical. A lot of people, however, do not realize that the right outfit can make all the difference in how they look and feel.

Cardio is also considered to be the most effective form of exercise on your body. Although, there are other forms of workouts that may give you specific results such as strength training or stretching exercises like yoga.

Interestingly enough, a lot of celebrities are not always known for following a strict workout routine. Many celebs choose to enhance their body with plastic surgery. However, other celebrities prefer not to enhance their body but rather exercise and eat healthily to maintain a fit physique.

According to an article posted in 2009 by the New York Times titled, “What Most Celebrities Wear During Cardio Training?” Some of your favorite stars have opted for traditional aerobics classes instead of at-home workouts or gym sessions.

The following are some outfits that most celebrities wear for their cardiovascular training:

  • Nike Shorts & Sports Bra

This is a great outfit because it’s comfortable. And let’s face it; you need to be as comfortable as possible when you’re working out. The Nike Shorts have elastic waistbands and are available in a variety of colors. They come in white, black, gray, blue, green, red, and pink.

However, the most popular is the white pair. Pink is also very common among girls who want to make sure they look feminine while accomplishing their cardio training.

The sports bra is also very popular among girls who are serious about getting that toned, yet slender look. It’s a great outfit because it allows you to keep your body temperature down even though you’re working hard and sweating.

  • Spandex Yoga Pants & Sports Bra

This is another great outfit to wear during cardiovascular training that most celebrities use. The workout pants are available in so many colors, you’re sure to find one that matches your personal style. The top is a classic sports bra that will keep your breasts contained and prevent embarrassing bounce while you’re working out.

  • Colorful Workout Tank & Yoga Pants

This outfit may seem a bit more casual, but it is a great way to have some fun while getting down and dirty with your cardio training. The yoga pants are very comfortable and available in different colors including black, gray, blue, and purple.

The tank or shirt can easily be paired with one of the colors of your choice. This outfit will look good whether you’re doing cardio training in the gym, at home, or even outside.

  • Yoga Pants & Sports Bra

Who says that a good workout outfit has to be expensive? This is an outfit that you can put together from only 2 pieces of clothing for about $40 bucks.

The yoga pants are comfortable and able to stretch with you as you’re doing your exercise. It is also great because it helps to prevent the slippage and sliding that can occur due to sweat. The sports bra is a standard, yet comfortable piece of clothing that will keep your breasts in place while you’re doing cardio training.

  • Aerobic Singlets & Yoga Pants

This outfit is perfect for either home or gym cardio training. The aerobic singlets are available in a variety of bright colors including purple, red, blue, and yellow just to name a few. Paired with the yoga pants, this outfit will help you kick your workout into high gear looking and feeling great all the while!

If you want to look like a celebrity when working out, then wear one of the outfits above. If you want to feel like a celebrity, then stop focusing on how you look while working out and focus on your TONE instead!
